Summary of Comments to 'Board Review - Second Review Working Group Report'

One comment was received from RNA Partners. In this comment the wording 
'compensation of Board Directors' was suggested to be used instead of the term 
'remuneration' in consideration of the different implications of the two 
hypothesis.
This comment has been taken into consideration by the Board Review Working 
Group for the preparation of its draft final report, which will be presented in 
Seoul.
Other comments were received in Sydney during the presentation of this report; 
all of them have been considered and largely reflected in the draft final 
report.
