As you will be aware we are planning to have a face to face WG meeting in
Geneva on Monday 12 May. We will also arrange for a telephone link for
those who cannot attend. The meeting will be held at 13.00 UTC. 
 
To organise a room for the meeting we need to know approximately how many
members of the WG will be able to attend in person. Please send a note
directly to Gabi (gabriella.schittek@xxxxxxxxx) to confirm whether you be
there or will attend by telephone. Please send your note this week as we
need to book the room by next Monday at the latest.
