6. A campaign or election statement of ideas, intent, reasons to serve on

The role of the ccNSO council in the initial stages of the ccNSO is critical. I
hope to contribute to the successful operation of the ccNSO by focusing on
several roles of the ccNSO.
The central issue in the successful operation of the ccNSO is being able to
ensure that each individual cc's autonomy is respected while trying to organize
an acceptable consensus on issues. The difficult task that lies before the
first ccNSO Council is assisting the PDP process to the satisfaction of its
members. I hope to be able to help establish a procedure that will be
considered satisfactory by the members.
Another important issue is outreach, making efforts to expand the membership.
The first Council needs to ensure that the voices of the incoming members are
clearly heard.
I believe that the the two issues above are inevitably linked. The possibility
of an increase in membership depends largely on the satisfactory operation of a
PDP process and also on how well the voices of the incoming members are heard.
I would like to offer my services in this role.
