We at .mw would like to second the nomination of MOHAMMED EL BASHIR for ccNSO 
Council and tried to submit a second request as copied below. However, we have 
seen 
that this is not being reflected on the website. We have not received any 
request 
for confirmation for our e-mails either, as has normally been the case with 
other 
messages set to the nominations address at ccnso-nominations@xxxxxxxxx earlier 
today. I am sending this out here just to indicate our attempts and just in 
case 
there is a glitch in the system while being fully aware of the deadline. Once 
again,
