Price increases unfair

There are registries that charge less than 1/3 the price of Verisign.
Verisign has mass volume to be able to have even lower prices. However,
it keeps increasing prices every year to the maximum allowed by the
contract. The renewal should address this issue and cap the increases
and not have them stay the same as before. Verisign makes up excuses of
upgrading the infrastructure. However, they already spent money doing
that and had the price increase to "pay for it". The upgraded
infrastructure is supposed to work many years of expected growth.
Therefore, there should not be any reason for periodic price increases
except to increase Verisign's profit.
