Comment on Anti-Harassment Policy

The Policy draft is well written and covers most aspects of anti-harassment 
situations in a community meeting. Two comments/proposals are submitted for 
consideration.

1.  Remedies/penalties should be specified in a section separate from the 
Complaints section. A set of remedies/penalties should be clearly specified as 
bullet points. Secondly, there should be stricter remedial actions including 
removal from the public meeting, as per the seriousness of the complaints' 
nature.

2.  A counter-remedial action should also be in place on the complainants as 
well, if it is established by the ombudsman that the complaint was malafied and 
targeted towards tarnishing someone's reputation.
