The Ombudsman should serve as an PUBLIC ADVOCATE, NOT an interface for
ICANN.
As you are aware, Garth Bruen and others have painstakingly documented the
deficiencies of the office.
Since ICANN has repeatedly turned a deaf ear to internet enforcement,

the only vehicle for public advocacy is the Ombudsman, sadly Mr Bruen
EXPLICITLY documents how the ombudsman office has been repeatedly abused.
It is offensive when a supposed <public advocate> repeatedly descends to Ad
Hominem responses to legitimate complaints.
