Ombudsman Accountability

I would like to register my support for the KnujOn project and the work
they do to stop the SPAM.  I only wish the was some accountability for the
Ombudsman as it is clear that well documented and researched failures in
the enforcement system have been dismissed without any investigation or
action.  What good is any over site board if they are not accountable to
the people they serve, in this case ME the internet user.  I have been
submitting my SPAM to the KnujOn project for many years and I don't think
there has ever been much if any results from these reports even though
there have been millions of reports.  Please consider changing this system
so there is someone actually over seeing this system.
