Attached are Business Constituency (BC) comments on the final report and 
recommendations of the Second Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT 
2)

Steve DelBianco and Marilyn Cade led drafting of these comments, and many BC 
members contributed as well.  These comments were approved in accordance with 
the BC Charter.
