ICANN - CONTINUED ... Negligence causing "harm to American consumers.

Thank you for the opportunity to communicate in your Public Forum!

I anticipate both the NTIA & United States Department of Commerce are paying 
close attention here, in order to "protect American consumers from [further] 
harm"  especially given ICANN is currently away Self-Pleasuring it's self;  and 
buying the the silent participation of your "Registry" & "registry" Ilk, with 
the lavishes of Argentinian Culture.

Please be advised that ICANN continues to be grossly negligent in enforcing the 
RAA, and has continued to let CentralNic, eNom / Demand Media, Network 
Solutions & VeriSign GRS, violate not just "your rules"  but most critically, 
the overarching and applicable Laws of the United States, governing the ".COM"  
Top Level Domain, where You're about to be Served Notice, from the United 
States Supreme Court, under Rule 20.

15 USC § 1125           False designations of origin, false descriptions, and 
dilution forbidden. 
18 U.S.C. § 2320        Trafficking in Counterfeit Goods of Services.

Just today; I've received confirmation that another ~ ICANN Accredited registry 
~ "WEBFUSION" is defrauding consumers of Domain Names, by offering for sale Sub 
Domain's specifically under ".UK.com" as an ICANN Accredited Domain Name, 
masquerading as ccTLD.

ICANN, Thank you for all your good work; and being so   "Accountable & 
Transparent".

WEBFUSION  is now "Knowing" and in violation of the prevailing laws of the 
United States, where Jurisdiction & Venue prevail over the ".com" TLD; and 
where USPTO Trademark Law [ http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/index.jsp ] 
prevails for the Word Mark of "Landcruise" further "Registered" to the precise

WEBFUSION  is "knowingly"  ...  "harming American consumers" giving an ICANN 
"Accreditation" to a SUB-DOMAIN, of ".com".

As an "accredited" IANA registry under ICANN, your employer should know the 
extreme difference between a Domain Name, subject to the RAA / US Law's and a 
ccNSO / Country Code Names Supporting Organization listed ccTLD / Country code 
top-level domain.

As such, WEBFUSION will be included in my Lawsuit, being Filed at the UNITED 
STATES SUPREME COURT, under Rule 20, because you are aligning CentralNic's 
"False Designation ccTLDs"  as "accredited" under ICANN.

Therefore; WEBFUSION will receive  "Notice of Service"  though ICANN's Council 
of Record, because ICANN are complicit in & facilitate, the Crime(s) WEBFUSION 
is now a "knowing" party too.
