The Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) respectfully submits the attached 
comments on the Second Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT 2) 
Draft Report & Recommendations.  Please note that these are substantively the 
same as the personal comments submitted by Becky Burr, Paul Diaz and Chuck 
Gomes on 21 November 2013.
