Ombudsman bias

I sent a complaint to the ombudsman about ICANN's failure to enforce registrar agreements relating to abusive domains and untraceable domain registrants. My complaint included many specific instances of such failures relating to unsolicited commercial emails I had recently received. The ombudsman's response identified my complaint as an "attack", insisting on this designation even after I requested it be removed, and dismissed my concerns in general terms without addressing them specifically. This indicates to me that the ombudsman, rather than a neutral third party, is a servant of ICANN's business interests. ICANN and Internet registrars must be held accountable but we cannot accomplish this with an ombudsman who will not fairly represent Internet users' concerns.

Please contact me for documentation.
