Proposed Final New gTLD Registry Agreement Comment

Dear ICANN,

Some of our clients have pointed out that the current Registry Agreement 
contains multiple items that are not fully applicable to the TLDs intended to 
be operated in a “single registrant, single user” (SRSU) manner or more 
specifically what is called a .brand. They believe each relevant section should 
include a separate paragraph/article containing language suitable for the 
registries of such type.
Indeed, we support the creation of an alternative Registry Agreement that 
addresses issues for .brands. ICANN should actively pursue the creation of an 
alternative RA and if necessary coordinate these efforts and consult with the 
interested parties.
