It would be a huge mistake to allow the GAC more power in this organization.  A 
free internet is the golden fleece that all governments covet to have under 
their control to insure their insatiable power.  Don't become part of their 
nefarious plan.  More influence from GAC would be the first step in destroying 
the greatest empowerment tool for the people ever conceived.   Don't be on the 
wrong side of history!
