For ICANN to be accountable, they must stop supporting CentralNic; and the
genuinely “ICANN Accredited” .COM R[r]egistries / R[r]egistrars, who Dilute &
Infringe .COM the Global TLD, with CentralNic False Designation / Spurious Mark
Country Code .COMs
The United States Justice Department, FBI, ICE or FTC need to ask Francis Gurry
of WIPO, why so long ago, he communicated with CentralNic; and concocted a plan
to help them evade the ACPA Law: 15 U.S. Code § 1125 - False designations of
origin, false descriptions, and dilution forbidden.
Further, ICANN Et Al need to explain their “contributory” conduct, with
CentralNic, relative to violations of: 18 U.S. Code § 2320 - Trafficking in
counterfeit goods or services need to be addressed

Graham Schreiber.
