Closed generic - Issue - SWOT & Cyber security

Dear Friends and  Net-zens,

 We must re - evaluate all polices and models we are following on closed
Generic GTLD.

 For example some companies and individuals applied for world, earth,
Americans, Indians, ISLAM,  etc.
These words belongs to people of the world it is open for  all. In some
cases if we leave these stings to individuals, companies
they can be misused. If any body appliesbased on countries, race,religion,
place, region ,caste, language,sub religions and castes etc
it brings more divisions between societies of world, The present
disturbances all over the world is due to identity crises ,
superiority,control etc. One way the model of Generic  is OK.  Due human
tendency and nature the people
will ask Strings for them based on their name and also on first name etc.
For example ISRAEL string
application was registered by Iranians and you pass applications based on
Icaan rules  and regulations .
What will happen.

With my experiences from last 17 years in promotion of Internet,security
issue and my involvement with
ICAAN during early stages of formation and my engagement with icann, ISOC,
i am kindly requesting you
all to consider new approach on closed Generic.

 With lots of cyber attacks and individual countries ( ITU conference in
Dubai ) control on Internet , global security issues
must be taken into consideration .one more example criminals, Drug cartels
,Terrorists etc my apply strings
on their activities. For example Pakistan ISI may apply for ISI in Arabic
and Chinese languages. How
many people will under stand about this and they can become users and
customers.

Commercialization on GTLDs also have side effects . Small is beautiful and
have more control , Internet
is open democracy . If more democracy and more dictator ship was it will
collapse on its own. one more
issue i have seen when people register domains they wont give their correct
address due to various hidden agenda.

Machines and net was created by human beings, If human beings are greedy
and cheats how
we can we save INTERNET , GTLD ,INDIVIDUAL PRIVACY , SECURITY.

CREATORS are DESTROYERS. STRUGGLE FOR EXISTENCE WILL BE ALWAYS THERE. THE
FITTEST ALWAYS SURVIVES
IF HE IS GENUINE NOT BASED ON INDEPENDENT STRINGS.
