Do not allow corporations to own/control descriptive dictionary words

Allowing corporations to lock away descriptive words such as "book" for their
own use is an affront to the global users of that language as they will be
banned from expressing themselves.

Descriptive terms MUST be only allocated to an entity on the proviso that
registrations are "open" - available to any person who desires one, at a price
that reflects the cost of running that TLD. In other words competitively priced
to existing "generic" TLD's such as com/net/org/info.
