<html><head></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode:
space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><div>Hello Network Solutions,
ICANN "Accredited Registry" &nbsp;&amp; &nbsp;CentralNic Ltd &nbsp;"Domain Name
Registrant" . &nbsp; &nbsp;Bcc Katten
Law:</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Until all facets of The United
States Government investigate ICANN; and Your client&nbsp;NETWORK
SOLUTIONS,&nbsp;illustrious &amp; industrious #RySG Stakeholder ways, I don't
want ICANN to evade US Antitrust Law.</div><div><br></div><div><div>Within this
same investigation of ICANN, it's critical that the United States Government
understand how Your &nbsp; OTHER &nbsp; client&nbsp;CENTRALNIC LTD,
&nbsp;a&nbsp;Cybersquatting, Domain Name Registrant; and subject of
the&nbsp;RAA 3.7.7.8 under ICANN, also under Network Solutions, as their Domain
Name Registry for &nbsp;".UK.com" &nbsp;has become the &nbsp;"Contributory
Infringer" &nbsp;when they're responsible to help ICANN enforce the RAA, to
stave-off Infringement.</div><div><br></div><div>It's also important, that the
United States Government learn how CentralNic managed to evade US Law, aided by
WIPO as coordinated by Dr. Francis Gurry, an appointee of the NTIA, assigned to
uphold Law, shortly after the MoU creating ICANN.</div><div><br></div><div>Talk
about Conflicts of Interest within ICANN &nbsp;... &nbsp;Network Solutions
should have been aware of "Dilution" an integral part of US Law 15 U.S. Code §
1125 - False designations of origin, false descriptions, and dilution
forbidden, before they ventured off, to violate&nbsp;18 U.S. Code § 2320 -
Trafficking in counterfeit goods or services ... etc, &nbsp;selling Dilutive
"SubDomain" names for CentralNic.</div><div><br></div><div>It's for reasons
such as my "exceptional" and "extraordinary" problem, that the nefarious
conduct of those within ICANN's Ilk, having "harmed" many, that the United
States Government needs to diligently investigate ICANN's conduct, related to
"Accountability" before they're
liberated.</div><div><br></div></div><div>Please read the attached

&nbsp;which will be sent to your Attorney's of Record at Katten Law, in
Bcc.</div><div><br></div><div>I look forward to thoughtfully resolving my
problem; and eliminating the violations of&nbsp;American Antitrust Law, to
protect Enterprise, along with our clients, The
Consumers.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Cheers,</div><div>Graham
