Independent bylaw drafting/legal review of CCWW WS1 Draft Proposal
CCWG - Please find attached an independent legal review and demonstration drafting of ICANN Bylaw changes based on the CCWG’s 30 November 2015 Work Stream 1 Draft Proposal. ARIN had this work performed by the law firm of Caplin & Drysdale in order to facilitate review of the CCWG WS1 Draft Proposal and identify any aspects that may require additional consideration or clarification prior to implementation. This effort is provided without comment or review by the ARIN Board or community; specifically, it is not a recommendation for specific changes but simply provided for informational purposes to aid the CCWG in its efforts.
