The Intellectual Property Constituency of the GNSO is currently in the
final stages of preparing its comments on the CCWG-Accountability Third
Draft Proposal. However, given the truncated time period for consideration
of this draft, the IPC was not able to complete these comments by the
formal close of the comment period (in approximately 20 minutes).
The IPC expects to submit these comments within the next 48 hours or so,
and wishes to put the CCWG on notice that these comments are forthcoming.
