On behalf of Donuts Inc., we support and endorse the PICDRP comments
submitted by Google, Valideus, and United TLD. There are significant
issues and problems with the PICDRP proposal that need to be resolved
related to standing, materiality, standard of proof, and most importantly
safeguards against abuse. We look forward to having such discussions this
week during the ICANN meeting in Beijing, and seeing ICANN make the
necessary changes without delay.
