A few comments on accountability

I endorse the statement on accountability as proposed.

Obviously a open/transparent/accessible website is an important resource
for insuring transparency and accountability. That official ICANN site
should not be anchored to corporate entities such as "Flicker".  ICANN's
posting of photographs of meetings and events should be posted directly on
the ICANN server and not force participants to register with commercial
entities who will use market our information and browsing choices.

The complete budget of ICANN should be available on line. This should
include details of income and for all travel expenses and consultancies.

ICANN must increase geographical and economic participation on each of the
10 working groups proposed.
