The comment below is submitted on behalf of the the European Organisation for
Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere (ESO).
The European Organisation for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere
(ESO) fully supports the comments posted by the UN Office of Legal Affairs and
other IGOs that the recent IGO-INGO Identifier Protection recommendations
adopted by the GNSO Council are inadequate to protect the names and acronyms
of IGOs.
