Applaud for the achievements

First of all, I would like to applaud for the work finished by ICANN Future 
Meetings Strategy, for Meeting Strategy Working Group Recommendations for 
Public Comment covers every espect of the meeting, with detailed and 
sophisticated improvement plans.

In Meeting Strategy Working Group Recommendations for Public Comment, the Visa 
issue has been mentioned for several times. Because of the solid difficulties 
I've met, I've always wanted ICANN to help the meeting attendees in some more 
effective way before. Since "Visa delivery to some ICANN community members" 
even "made some elected members of SO/AC leadership miss important meetings 
where they had crucial roles to play", I think we may have to continue to face 
this issue in the future.

Besides, when I read about the role of local host, I came up with the idea that 
why not bid for the meeting local host around the world like Olimpic Games or 
World Cup does? I think this might be a win-win opportunity for both. And for 
ICANN, this may save some costs and work, and even globally expand influence in 
the key point of its globalization. And I think ICANN needs to expand its 
influence with every possible way like inviting more local media or call some 
press conferenceon on every ICANN meeting from everywhere.

And about the remote participation, I just wish all the presentation slides of 
every session could be ready on the ICANN meeting page in advance.
