NXDomain responses under existent TLDs are _not_ the same as NXDomain responses under applied-for strings

I respectfully submit this note in response to prior comments.  Specifically, I 
would like to highlight the inappropriateness of comparisons between NXDomain 
responses under applied-for strings and those under existent TLDs.
