Indirect Contention Set Auction Rules

Thanks for the opportunity to comment and for the obvious hard work by Power 
Auctions, LLC and ICANN staff in coming up with this comprehensive and 
well-thought-out proposal.  We support the approach, but do want to be sure 
that the information policy during the auction is as transparent as possible 
and that the payment rules are clear and precise.  There are a couple of 
lingering questions on these two points that should be clarified during the 
reply period and perhaps in the final rules.
