The Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC) appreciates the opportunity to
submit the attached comments on the Draft Report on New gTLD Program
Safeguards to Mitigate DNS Abuse. This document was initially produced by
the GAC¹s Public Safety Working Group.  It was reviewed and endorsed by the
GAC by written procedure on 19 May 2016 and constitutes GAC input.
