Attached please find comments of the Intellectual Property Constituency of the 
GNSO on the draft FY16 ICANN budget and operating plan. As noted therein, we 
reserve the right to supplement these comments, including after an opportunity 
to review the final 5-year operating plan as adopted by the ICANN Board this 
week.
