Dear ICANN, or to whoever it may concern,
Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues
Policy document):
I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process. -
Everyone deserves the right to privacy.- No one’s personal information should
be revealed without a court order, regardless of whether the request comes from
a private individual or law enforcement agency.
Private information should be kept private. And the measurements that you wish
to put in action are outrageous towards not only the community, but the whole
world trying to evolve and put they work out there for everybody to reach.
It's not up to you to decide who should have are our real identity or not. IT
IS US! We are the only ones that have rights on our own privacy, our own life.
We decide of how much shoud the public be entitled to, about us. You don't see
people walking down the street with badges the size of their coats, or shirts
with all of their details on do you?
Thank you.
