WHOIS Privacy

WHOIS privacy is one of the very few protections ordinary people have
against online abuse. It is all too common to hear stories of normal people
that an organized malicious group just don't like getting abused because of
personal information that is way too easy to come by getting out. We don't
need to give aggressors even more ways of getting information on people for
the sole purpose of harassment. Anonymity may be abused by a small subset
of people but that doesn't mean a much larger amount of innocent people
should be punished for it.
