Please don't restrict proxy registration

Please don't go through with restricting proxy domain registrations. This 
change would put the personal info for many of private individuals out there 
for spammers, junk mailers, and scammers to prey on them. It will also make the 
mass sending of settlement demands to small businesses way too easy for "patent 
troll" entities
