Protection of whois data

The internet is still a place where we have freedom of speech, a place
of pioneers, with many people setting up homesteads. Being able to claim
a plot of land is very similar to purchasing a domain name.
If private whois data is forced to be visible, that free speech is
compromised. People who are using their freedom to yell from the tops of
their houses (whether truth or not) will be under threat. An exposed
address is dangerous and the risks that come with it can be silencing.
Do not bring about the end of this era of freedom and privacy on the
internet.
