Online Privacy
I am strongly opposed to the public release of WHOIS data. I'm a single female with a home business that provides a valuable service and a website. In that respect, there are millions like me. I'm unwilling for obvious reasons to have my personal data exposed to whomever cares to harvest it. American citizens who are going lawfully about their lives should be protected, not endangered. My personal situation aside, I guarantee you, there's no one in the entire country with any degree of intelligence or sanity who would be comfortable with the kind of breach of privacy that is in question here. Sincerely yours, Michelle Gale, Ph.D. |
