Preserve Privacy

Dear people of ICANN,

I'd am urging you to not adopt the proposed new regulations around WHOIS
data privacy on domains. I feel it will be very damaging to many innocent
people and will not do much to address the issue of people purposefully
hiding behind bad domain information. Requiring a court order to reveal
protected WHOIS information should be part of any new regulation. Please
find another way to address this issue without damaging so many people's
privacy.
