Domain privacy helps limit access to sensitive information attackers might use.

We need domain privacy so that is harder for a hacker to gain information
that they can use to pull off social engineering attacks. Along with
helping to limit the opportunities for people to DOX owners of these
domains and do other attacks that are becoming more prevalent.  Domains by
proxy allows for people to still contact the domain owner without actualy
being able to find out sensitive information.
