ICANN - Fred R Young Says Respect Our Privacy

Dear ICANN,



The purpose of this email is to voice my opinion regarding the current
proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy services (as
set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues Policy
document):  (1)  No one's personal information should be revealed without a
court order. This is true regardless of whether the request should come from
a private individual or law enforcement agency. (2) Respect internet users'
rights to privacy and due process.
