Dear ICANN –
with participation from respectourprivacy.com,
I inform you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process.
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy.
- No one’s personal information should be revealed without a court order,
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law
enforcement agency.
- Against the laws of the land, in Singapore there is Personal Data
Protection Act 2012 which many individual have voted in, see
https://www.pdpc.gov.sg/legislation-and-guidelines/overview. Exposing
without consent is illegal.
Any you have been inform of such laws.
Without further ado, all private information in WHOIS should be kept
private . Thank you.
