Dear ICANN,

I am writing you about the proposed rules governing companies that
provide WHOIS information privacy services.

I ask you to always guaranty respect for due process and individual
rights to privacy. This means :

- No one’s personal information should be revealed without a court
order, regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual
or law enforcement agency.
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy.
