Dear ICANN,

I strongly disagree on your changes to latest Whois.

I have several personal domains with WhoisGuard protection.
If you're going to terminate, or prevent WhoisGuard protection,
I may have to destory my domains in order to protect myself from
spammers and Whois collectors(such as DomainTools).

I believe you and registars will lose considerable amount of income
because I and many people will stop buying or renewing domains.

It's 2015. Why can't you protect people's privacy?

Sure, WhoisGuard is used by spammers. But don't forget, many people
including me are using it for good.

So here's my idea:

Register should not monitor domains as usual.
However, register can terminate domains at any time only
when ALL OF THESE are match;
1. Used by illegal, spam, or leaked document uploder.
2. Can't contact domain owner by email (registar must wait for 30 days)

WhoisGuard User.
