Domain privacy is absolutely essential

The proposals are only going to hurt the law-abiding but vulnerable
business owners out there -- to undo this basic expectation to benefit only
a few big players who already have tools at their disposal for discovering
the ownership of domains is perverse. I oppose this change wholeheartedly.
