Dear ICANN –

I'm living under a moderately oppressive regime so I know what it feels
like to be self-censoring and thinking thrice before I say something that
offends some "important public figure" offline but internet enables me to
say things.

This is important. We all know it's easy to just lift up curtains, follow
everyone all the time and no one will ever commit crimes. But it's not the
way. Protect privacy and challenge yourselves and us to find a better way
to uncover criminal activity.

Please consider third world countries where democracy is failing and
exposing WHOIS data will only give more power to actual bad people, the
people in charge with power.
