Dear ICANN -

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation
Issues Policy document):

Your actions are costing start-up businesses to spend more to get "who-is"
protection for their domains to protect what is rightfully and privately
their domains. Hackers are using this information to social engineer their
way into websites as too much detail is divulged without "who-is"
protection. You should not turn a blind eye to the mass of internet users
buying domains that are not aware of these hacking tricks that are taught in
every ethical hacking course as one of the first places to defend to look
for sensitive user details, DNS attacks and other exploits.

I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process.
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy.
- No one's personal information should be revealed without a court order,
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law
enforcement agency.

Private information should be kept private. Thank you.
