Dear ICANN,

I'm writing in regards to section 1.3.3, Specific Topics on which there is
currently no
consensus within the WG, in the Privacy and Proxy Services Accreditation
Issues Policy
document.

I concur with the ADDITIONAL STATEMENT SUBMITTED BY KATHY KLEIMAN, ON
BEHALF OF HERSELF, STEPHANIE PERRIN, DAVID CAKE AND JAMES GANNON (MEMBERS
OF THE NON-COMMERCIAL STAKEHOLDERS GROUP).

I would also like to submit the following consideration in regards to the
above noted section:

As a small business owner, I need to have protection from others violating
my commercial rights. But if the form of protection provided enables people
to threaten the lives and wellbeing of thers, I gladly retract my request
for protection. I believe that the need to protect human rights and life
far outweighs the need to amass wealth.

I also believe that, while it may take a great deal of work, there are ways
that both sets of rights can be protected. I thank you for the undoubtedly
difficult work you already do, and urge you to do the very hard work of
conceiving of a solution, or set of solutions, that will protect our human
rights and freedoms while allowing for commercial prosperity.

Thank you.

Sincerely, Scott Booher
