Dear sir/Madame,

Regarding the proposed
rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy services (as set forth in
the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues Policy document):

I have a domain and use a privacy service, so speaking as a user I find your
proposal disturbing and detrimental to myself.

I opted to use the service because I wished to protect myself from potential
fraud and spam such as potential domain jackers or spam in general and were it
not for this service I would not have bought my domain due to these concerns.

Please do not implement the proposal to protect what will be a minority of
people in the grand scheme of things who are unlikely to ever see the problems
this will cause.

My details through my provider are accurate and should any issues arise they
can get my details through my provider through legal measures (as has happened
in the past).

Thank you.
