Dear ICANN: Privacy Matters!

Dear ICANN,

Private information should be kept private. There’s legitimate, legal ways to 
get WHOIS info for those that need it. Don’t open the world up to trolls, 
bullies and corporations with deep pockets. If they have legitimate disputes, 
they can use the existing process. What about if various religious or hate 
groups getting access to personal contact information of people they disagree 
with? Is that an intended consequence of this proposed change?
