To whom it may concern,

I very strongly oppose forced release of personal information. It is difficult
enough to keep personal information personal in day to day life. When running a
business to provide for yourself and family it is completely wrong to force
personal residential addresses into the public space. Further, this could lead
to physical abuses, and even at sometime to court proceedings, if business
disputes ever end in personal abuses via online methods or physically at
residential addresses. There is a need to keep residential and business matters
completely separate and private.

Regards,
Daniel Polack

Dear ICANN –

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues
Policy document):

I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process.
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy.
- No one’s personal information should be revealed without a court order,
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law
enforcement agency.

Private information should be kept private. Thank you.
