To whom it may really concern at  ICANN - 

I can provide you with many reasons but I think it is obvious that this
needs to done. 

When are we going to start consider this planet as our planet not as
spectators, thinking we just here till the end of the match and go home?

Privacy, is a problem because of its potential misuse by people who have the
means. Can you trust anybody with your personal details? Could you just hand
it over to someone and he sells yours to someone, anyone? Hm, sorry don't
trust everyone to do the right thing!

 

So, regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS
privacy services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services
Accreditation Issues Policy document):

I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process. 
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy. 
- No one's personal information should be revealed without a court order,
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law
enforcement agency. 

Private information should be kept private.
