Adding on... I'm also deeply disturbed about the idea of *not*
informing registrants when their contact information has been
published, especially under circumstances where law enforcement
requests it. We've seen this abused time and again; a much more
appropriate rule would be to forbid non-notification of the registrant
under such circumstances.
