Hello,
I do not believe that registration should be restricted to only use your
own personal information and exclude proxy registration.
Excluding proxy registrations will do far more harm than allowing them. Yes
it may help copyright problems, however activists in some countries could
suffer severe repercussions if they were forced to register with their own
names.
This would all but stop people from registering domains if they have an
unpopular opinion.
