Online privacy saves lives.

I am opposed in the strongest possible terms to this proposal, as it will
put anybody who debates or documents crimes against minorities at risk. By
essentially abolishing privacy, ICANN will do much to silence those who
need freedom of speech the most.

I do not believe that this policy was created to harm minorities but, now
that it has hopefully been made clear to you, if you continue to implement
this policy it will only brand you as a group of racists.
